then he should refrain,

poor
faqīran
then let him eat (of it)

in a fair manner.

Then when

you deliver
dafaʿtum
to them
ilayhim
their wealth
amwālahum
then take witnesses
fa-ashhidū
on them.
ʿalayhim
And is sufficient
wakafā
Allah
bil-lahi
(as) a Reckoner.
