94:1  Have you not expanded for you your bosom?
94:2  And We laid down from you your burden;
94:3  which weighed heavy on your back.
94:4  And We raised for you your remembrance.
94:5  And truly with the hardship there is ease.
94:6  Truly with the hardship there is ease.
94:7  So when you are disengaged from your tasks, then stand upright [in prayer].
94:8  And then for your Lord, yearn with love.
