AYAH at-Taubah 9:10

Arabic لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ zoom
Transliteration La yarquboona fee mu/minin illan wala thimmatan waola-ika humu almuAAtadoona zoom
Transliteration-2 lā yarqubūna fī mu'minin illan walā dhimmatan wa-ulāika humu l-muʿ'tadūna zoom
Literal

 Not they respect (the ties) towards a believer (of) kinship and not covenant of protection. And those [they] (are) the transgressors. zoom
