AND THEY should not think - they who niggardly cling to all that God has granted them out of His bounty - that this is good for them: nay, it is bad for them. That to which they [so] niggardly cling will, on the Day of Resurrection, be hung about their necks: for unto God [alone] belongs the heritage of the heavens and of the earth; and God is aware of all that you do

And do not let those who ˹greedily˺ withhold Allah’s bounties think it is good for them—in fact, it is bad for them! They will be leashed ˹by their necks˺ on the Day of Judgment with whatever ˹wealth˺ they used to withhold. And Allah is the ˹sole˺ inheritor of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is All-Aware of what you do.

Those who are tightfisted with what God has given them out of His abundance must not think that it is good for them; in fact, it is terrible for them. Whatever they cruelly withhold will be hung around their necks on Resurrection Day. It is God who will inherit the heavens and the earth: God is well aware of all you do.

walā yaḥsabanna alladhīna yabkhalūna bimā ātāhumu l-lahu min faḍlihi huwa khayran lahum bal huwa sharrun lahum sayuṭawwaqūna mā bakhilū bihi yawma l-qiyāmati walillahi mīrāthu l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wal-lahu bimā taʿmalūna khabīru

And (let) not think those who withhold of what (has) given them Allah of His Bounty (that) it (is) good for them. Nay, it (is) bad for them. Their necks will be encircled (with) what they withheld [with it] (on the) Day (of) [the] Resurrection. And for Allah (is the) heritage (of) the heavens and the earth. And Allah, with what you do, (is) All-Aware.

And let not those who covetously withhold of the gifts which Allah Hath given them of His Grace, think that it is good for them: Nay, it will be the worse for them: soon shall the things which they covetously withheld be tied to their necks Like a twisted collar, on the Day of Judgment. To Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do

And let not those deem, who are niggardly in giving away that which Allah has granted them out of His grace, that it is good for them; nay, it is worse for them; they shall have that whereof they were niggardly made to cleave to their necks on the resurrection day; and Allah's is the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is aware of what you do

And assume not those who are misers that what God gave them of His grace is better for them. Nay! It is worse for them. To be hung around their necks will be what they were misers with on the Day of Resurrection. And to God belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth. And God is Aware of what you do.

Let not those who act niggardly with any of His bounty God has given them consider it is better for them; rather it will be worse for them: they will be charged on Resurrection Day with anything they were so niggardly about. God holds the inheritance of Heaven and Earth; God is Informed about anything you do.

Don’t think those who greedily withhold (charity) which Allah has granted them of His Bounty (wealth), it is good for them, but it is bad for them. They will be hung around their necks what they greedily withheld from their wealth on the Day of Resurrection. For Allah is the heritage of the heavens and the earth. Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.

And let not those who are miserly with what God has given them from His Bounty suppose that it is good for them; rather, it is evil for them. On the Day of Resurrection they will be collared by that with which they were miserly. And unto God belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth, and God is Aware of whatsoever you do

Let not those who withhold what God has given them of His bounty think it’s good for them. In fact, it’s detrimental to them. They will be besieged by what they hoarded on Resurrection Day. To God belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and God is well-acquainted with what you do.

Those who withhold what God has given them of his bounty should not assume that is good for them. In fact, it is bad for them. They will be encircled by their hoardings on the Day of Resurrection. To God belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth, and God is well acquainted with what you do

And must not regard those, who covetously withhold that which Allah has given them out of His Bounty, (that) this (attitude) is good to them, nay, it is evil to them. Soon they will be collared (with) what they covetously withheld out of it — on the Day of Resurrection. And for Allah is the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is All-Aware of what you do

And let not those who covetously withhold of the gifts which Allah Hath given them of His Grace, think that it is good for them: Nay, it will be the worse for them: soon shall the things which they covetously withheld be tied to their necks like a twisted collar, on the Day of Judgment. To Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do.

And definitely let not the ones who are miserly with what Allah has brought them of His Grace reckon that it is charitable for them. No indeed, it is an evil (thing) for them. They will have wrapped (about their necks) whatever they were miserly with, on the Day of the Resurrection, and to Allah is the inheritance of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is Ever-Cognizant of whatever you do

Those who are avaricious of the favors that God has given them should not think that this is good for them. Avarice is evil and whatever they are avaricious about will be tied to their necks on the Day of Judgment. To God belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth. God is Well Aware of what you do

Those who withhold in miserliness what Allah has given them out of His grace should not take it as good for them. Instead, it is bad for them. They shall be forced, on the Doomsday, to put on what they withheld, as iron-collars round their necks. To Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth. Allah is All-Aware of what you do

Let not those, who withhold what Allah has given them from His bounties think that this hoarding is good for them. Nay, it is bad for them. Their hoarded possessions shall be their collar on the Day of Resurrection. Whatever is in the heavens and in the earth is the heritage of Allah. He bestows His provision to humanity for equitable distribution to all (55:10). And Allah is fully Informed of all your actions

There are those who stingily cling to what Allah bestows upon them by His grace. (They don´t give charity). Let them not think that it is good for them. In fact, it is woeful (and perilous) for them. On the Day of Judgment, they would be strapped and shackled (around the neck) by that which they (now) hoard (so eagerly). The heritage of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah; and Allah is well Aware of everything you do

And let not those who greedily hold back the gifts which Allah has given to them from His Grace, think that it is good for them (to hold back): No, it will be worse for them: Soon shall the things which they greedily withheld will be tied to their necks like a twisted collar, on the Day of Judgment. And to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; And Allah is well-Acquainted (Khabeer) with all that you do

And let not those who [greedily] withhold what Allah has given them of His bounty ever think that it is better for them. Rather, it is worse for them. Their necks will be encircled by what they withheld on the Day of Resurrection. And to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth. And Allah , with what you do, is [fully] Acquainted

And let not those who are stingy with what God has given them of His bounty think that it is good for them, no, it is evil for them. They will be surrounded by what they were stingy with on the Day of Resurrection. And to God will be the inheritance of the heavens and the Earth; and God is Expert over what you do

Those who are miserly with what God has granted them out of His grace should not think that it is good for them; on the contrary, it is bad for them. Whatever they meanly withhold will be hung around their necks on the Day of Resurrection. It is God who will inherit the heavens and earth: God is well aware of everything you do

And let not those who stint with that which Allah hath vouchsafed them in His grace deem that this is good for them: nay! it is bad for them; anon shall that wherewith they stint be hung round their necks on the Day of Judgement. And Allah's is the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is of that which ye work Aware

Let not those who are niggardly of things that God has given them of His largesse think that this is good for them. In fact, it is worse; for what they grudged will be hung around their necks on the Day of Resurrection. To God belong the heavens and the earth, and God is aware of all you do

Those who are tight-fisted with the bounty Allah has given them should not suppose that that is better for them. No indeed, it is worse for them! What they were tight-fisted with will be hung around their necks on the Day of Rising. Allah is the inheritor of the heavens and the earth and Allah is aware of what you do.

Let not those who are niggardly with what God has granted them out of His bounty think that it is good for them: rather, it is bad for them. What they are niggardly with, they will have it hung about their necks on the Day of Resurrection. (Why are they niggardly, seeing that to God belongs the absolute ownership of the heavens and the earth, and) He will inherit them in the end. And God is fully aware of all that you do

Let the stingy not suppose that [their grudging] what Allah has given them out of His grace is good for them; rather it is bad for them. They will be collared with what they grudge on the Day of Resurrection. To Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is well aware of what you do

And let not those who hoard what Allah has given them of His Bounty think that it is best for them; nay, it is worse for them. What they hoard will be a collar round their necks on the Day of Resurrection. Allah´s is the heritage of the heavens and

Those who are stingy with what God gave them from His grace should not think that it is good for them. No, it is bad for them. What they are stingy about is going to be around their necks on the Resurrection Day. And inheritance of the skies and the earth belongs to God. And God is well aware of what you do.

And let not those who greedily withhold the gifts which God has given them from His grace, think that it is good for them. No, it is bad for them. Soon the things which they withheld will be tied to their necks, on the Day of Accountability. To God belongs the origin of the heavens and the earth, and God is well acquainted with all that you do

Don’t let those who are stingy with what Allah has given them of His favours imagine for a moment that it is good for them; rather it is bad for them. On Judgement Day they will be made to wear the wealth they hoarded as collars round their necks. Everything in the Heavens and Earth belongs to Allah. Allah is aware of what you do

Those who are niggardly about what Allah has granted them out of His bounty think that niggardli ness is good for them; it is bad for them. What they were niggardly about will turn into a halter round their necks on the Day of Resur-rection. To Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is well aware of what you do

And let not those who are stingy with what God has given them of His bounty think that it is good for them, no, it is evil for them. They will be surrounded by what they were stingy with on the Day of Resurrection. And to God will be the inheritance of the heavens and the earth; and God is Expert over what you do.

And they, who are miserly in what Allah has granted them by His grace, should not think that it is good for them. Nay! It is bad for them. They shall have that with which they were miserly, hung around their necks on the Resurrection Day. And for Allah is the inheritance of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is aware of what you do

And let not those who are niggardly with respect to what Allah has given them out of His bounty think that it is good for them; on the contrary it is bad for them. Soon that for which they were niggardly shall be their necklace on the Day of Resurrection. And only Allah is the Heir of heavens and earth and Allah is aware of your doings.

Let not those who withhold and hoard GOD's provisions think that this is good for them; it is bad for them. For they will carry their hoardings around their necks on the Day of Resurrection. GOD is the ultimate inheritor of the heavens and the earth. GOD is fully Cognizant of everything you do.

And do not let those who are greedy with what Allah has given them of His Bounty think it is better for them, but rather, it is worse for them. They will be coiled in that which they were greedy on the Day of Resurrection. And to Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is Aware of what you do

And let not those who are niggardly in spending that which Allah has granted them out of His grace, think that it is good for them. Nay, it is evil for them. They shall have a collar of their niggardliness on their necks on the Resurrection day. And Allah’s is the heritage of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is Aware of what you do

And let not those who are stingy/miserly with what God gave them from His grace/blessing think/suppose it is good/better for them, but it is bad/evil for them, they will be encircled/surrounded (with) what they were stingy/miser with it (on) the Resurrection Day, and to God (are) the skies'/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's inheritance , and God (is) with what you make/do, expert/experienced

It is not very smart of those who [passionately] hold on to what God has [generously] given them [and do not spend nothing out of it on charity.] On the Day of Judgment, they have to carry the heavy burden of what they hoard around their neck. God is the One Who will eventually take back whatever is in the heavens and on earth and He is totally aware of what you are doing

And never must those who act miserly upon what Allah has bestowed upon them of His grace, think that it is good for them; in fact it is harmful for them; soon what they had withheld will be collars round their necks on the Day of Resurrection; and Allah only is the Inheritor (Owner) of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is Well Aware of what you do

And let not those who are niggardly in spending what ALLAH has given them of HIS bounty, think that it is good for them; nay, it is bad for them. That with respect to which they were niggardly shall be put as a collar round their necks on the Day of Resurrection. And to ALLAH belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth, and ALLAH is fully Aware of what you do

And those who are niggardly in giving away (from the wealth) which Allah has bestowed upon them out of His bounty must never consider this miserliness of any benefit to themselves; it is rather injurious to them. Soon on the Day of Resurrection, this wealth they are niggardly about will be put around (their necks) like a neck-fetter. To Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth (i.e., He will remain the Owner of the universe after your death in the same way as He owns it today). And Allah is well aware of all your deeds

And do not let those, who behave niggardly in (spending) what Allah has granted them of His bounty, think that it is good for them, nay it is bad for them. They shall certainly have the things they were niggardly about, hung about their necks like halters on the Day of Resurrection. And to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth. Indeed, Allah is Well-Aware of all that you do

And let not those who covetously withhold of that which Allah has bestowed on them of His Bounty (Wealth) think that it is good for them (and so they do not pay the obligatory Zakat). Nay, it will be worse for them; the things which they covetously withheld shall be tied to their necks like a collar on the Day of Resurrection. And to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is WellAcquainted with all that you do

But as for those who are niggardly with the bounty God has given them, let them not suppose it is better for them; nay, it is worse for them; that they were niggardly with they shall have hung about their necks on the Resurrection Day; and to God belongs the inheritance of the heavens and earth; and God is aware of the things you do

And let not those who covetous of what God of his bounty hath granted them, imagine that their avarice is better for them: Nay, rather it is worse for them. That which they have covetously reserved shall be bound as a collar about their neck, on the day of the resurrection: Unto God belongeth the inheritance of heaven and earth; and God is well acquainted with what ye do

And let not those who are niggard of what God has given them of His grace, count that it is best for them;- nay, it is worse for them. What they have been niggard of shall be a collar round their necks upon the resurrection day. And God's is the heritage of the heavens and the earth, and God of what ye do is well aware

And let not those who are niggard of what God hath vouchsafed them in his bounty, think that this will be good for them - Nay, it will be bad for them- That of which they have been niggard shall be their collar on the day of the resurrection. God's, the heritage of the Heavens and of the Earth! And God is well-informed of all ye do

Let not those who stingily hoard the wealth which God has given them out of His bounty think it good for them: rather it is an evil thing for them. They shall be shackled round with what they hoarded on the Day of Resurrection. It is God who will inherit the heavens and the earth, and God is cognizant of what you do

And let not those who withhold what Allah has given them from His bounty think that it is good for them. Nay! That is bad for them. They will soon be girded by that on the day of resurrection which they held back and for Allah is the heritage of the heavens and of the earth and Allah is All-acquainted with all that you do.

Let not those who exhibit parsimony in what Allâh has bestowed upon them of His bounty think that it is good for them- in fact, it will be the worse for them. They will be tied at the neck with what they used to withhold on the Day of Resurrection. Unto Allâh belongs the heritage of the heavens and earth. And Allâh is Well Acquainted with whatever you do.

And do not count that those who withhold what Allah has given them of His favours have the better (deal), but they have the worse (deal), that which they withheld will surround them on the day of resurrection, and to Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth, and Allah knows what you do.

Do not allow those who covetously withhold the gifts, which Allah has given them of His grace, think that it is good for them. No, it will be bad for them. Their necks will be encircled with what they withheld, on the Day of Resurrection. To Allah belongs the heritage of the skies and Earth. Allah is well aware of all that you do.

And never should those who are miserly with what Allah has given them of His grace think that it is good for them. Rather, it is an evil thing for them. They will be encircled by whatever they were miserly with on the Day of Resurrection, for to Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is All-Aware of whatever you^pl do.

Let not those who act niggardly with any of His bounty Allah (God) has given them consider it is better for them; rather it will be worse for them: they will be charged on Resurrection Day with anything they were so niggardly about [of their Zakat]. Allah (God) holds the inheritance of Heaven and Earth; Allah (God) is Informed about anything you do.

And those who are skimping with what Allah has given them from his bounty should not consider that is goodness for them. Nay, but it is evil for them. They will be encircled with what they are skimping with it on The Resurrection Day. And for Allah is the inheritance of the skies and the earth, and Allah is with what you are working, Seer.

Let not those who niggardly cling to all that God has bestowed on them of His bounty think that this is good for them. Indeed, it is bad for them. That to which they niggardly cling will hang around their necks on the Day of Resurrection. To God belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth, and God is well aware of all that you do.

Let not those who are stingy and withhold the provisions of Allah arising from the forces of the Names in their essence, as His bounty, think that this is good for them. On the contrary, it is bad! That which they withhold will be hung on their necks during the period of Doomsday! To Allah belongs the heritage (everything that forms with the forces of the Names) of the heavens and the earth. Allah is Habir of what you do (as their creator).

And as for those who are niggardly with what Allah has granted out of His grace, let them not think it is better for them, nay it is worse for them; that which they were niggardly of will be clung to their necks on Resurrection Day; and to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is aware of what you do

Nor should those who are unwilling to spend in divine service of what Allah conferred on them consider this tight fisted disposition an advantage to them. To the contrary, it is an injury to their interest and prejudice to their credit. They shall be fitted round their necks in Day of Judgement with the insignia of what they hoarded. To Allah shall be the inheritance of the realms of the Heavens and the Earth, and Allah is 'Alimun of all that you do

And do not let those who hoard up (miserly) that which Allah has given them of His grace think that it is better for them. No, it is bad for them. That which they hoard (miserly) will be their collar on the day of resurrection, and Allah's is the heritage of the skies and the earth and Allah is informed of what you do

And let not those who covetously withhold of the gifts which God Hath given them of His Grace, think that it is good for them: Nay, it will be the worse for them: soon shall the things which they covetously withheld be tied to their necks Like a twisted collar, on the Day of Judgment. To God belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and God is well-acquainted with all that ye do

And (let) not think those who withhold of what Allah (has) given them of His Bounty (that) it (is) good for them. Nay, it (is) bad for them.
