96:1  Read in the name of your Rabb WHO created.
96:2  HE created man from leech-like clots.
96:3  Read! Your Rabb is the Most Generous
96:4  HE WHO taught with the pen
96:5  HE has taught man what he did not know.
96:6  On the contrary, man indeed tries to play God
96:7  that he sees his self as self-sufficient!
96:8  Of certain, unto your Rabb is the return.
96:9  Have you considered the one who impedes
96:10  a devotee [of God] when he prays?
96:11  Have you considered if he was upon Guidance?
96:12  Or [if] he bid in piety?
96:13  Have you considered if he called the truth a lie and turned away?
96:14  Does he not know that Allah sees?
96:15  No! If he does not desist, WE will indeed drag him by his forehead—
96:16  a lying, wrongful, forehead.
96:17  Then let him call his grand council.
96:18  WE shall call the enforcers.
96:19  No! Do not obey him. Prostrate and draw ever closer. ۩
