55:1 The Compassionate.
55:2 Hath taught the Qur'an.
55:3 He created man.
55:4 He taught distinctness.
55:5 The sun and the moon are in a reckoning.
55:6 And the herbs and the trees do obe isance."
55:7 And the heaven! He hath elevated it, and He hath set the balance.
55:8 That ye should not trespass in respect of the balance.
55:9 And observe the weight with equity, and make not deficient the balance.
55:10 And the earth! He hath lain it out for the creatures.
55:11 Therein are fruit and palm-trees sheathed.
55:12 And grain chaffed and other food.
55:13 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord, will ye twain belie?
55:14 He created man of clay like, Unto pottery.
55:15 And He created the Jinn of a flame of fire.
55:16 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie
55:17 He is Lord of the two easts and Lord of the two wests.
55:18 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:19 He hath let loose the two seas.
55:20 In-between the twain is a barrier which they pass not.
55:21 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:22 There come forth from the twain the pearl and the coral.
55:23 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:24 His are the ships with elevated sails upon the sea like mountains.
55:25 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:26 Everyone that is thereon will Pass away.
55:27 And there will remain the countenance of thine Lord, Owner of Majesty and Beneficence.
55:28 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord, will ye twain belie?
55:29 Of Him beggeth whosoever is in the heavens and the earth; every day He is in a new affair.
55:30 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:31 Anon We shall direct Our selves to you, O ye two classes.
55:32 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:33 O assembly of Jinn and man! if ye be able to pass out of the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass out; ye can not pass out except with authority.
55:34 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:35 There shall be sent against you both flame of fire and smoke, and ye shall not be able to defend yourselves.
55:36 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:37 And when the heaven will be rent in sunder and will become rosy like Unto red hide.
55:38 Whfch, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie!
55:39 Of his sin will be questioned that Day neither man nor jinn.
55:40 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:41 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet.
55:42 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:43 Yonder is the Hell which the culprits belied.
55:44 Going round between it and balling water fierce.
55:45 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:46 And for him who dreadeth the standing before his Lord will be two Gardens.
55:47 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:48 With spreading branches.
55:49 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:50 In which, will be two fountains running.
55:51 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:52 In which will be of every fruit two kinds.
55:53 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:54 Reclining on carpets whereof the linings will be of brocade; and the fruit of the two Gardens shall be near at hand.
55:55 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:56 Therein shall be those of refraining looks whom before them hath deflowered neither man nor jinn.
55:57 Which, then, of the benefits of Your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:58 As though they are jacinth and coral.

55:60 Shall the recompense of kindness be aught save kindness?
55:61 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:62 And beside the two there will be two other Gardens.
55:63 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain beli?
55:64 Dark-green.
55:65 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:66 In which will be two fountains gushing forth.
55:67 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:68 In which will be fruit, the date-palm and pomegranate.
55:69 Which, then, of the benefits of Your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:70 Therein will be damsels agreeable and beauteous.
55:71 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:72 Fair ones, confined in tents.
55:73 Which, then, of the benefits of Your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:74 There hath deflowered them neither man nor jinn.
55:75 Which, then, of the benefits of Your Lord will ye twain belie?
55:76 Reclining upon cushions green and carpets beauteous.
