Or do they say, “He has invented all this”? Say [O Muhammad]: “Had I invented it, you would not be of the least help to me against God. He is fully aware of that [slander] into which you so recklessly plunge: enough is He as a witness between me and you! And [withal,] He alone is truly-forgiving, a true dispenser of grace.”

Or do they say, “He has fabricated this ˹Quran˺!”? Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “If I have done so, then there is nothing whatsoever you can do to save me from Allah. He knows best what ˹slurs˺ you indulge about it. Sufficient is He as a Witness between you and me. And He is the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

Or do they say, "He has invented it?" Say, "If I have invented it, there is nothing at all you can do to protect me from God. He knows well what you are engaged in. He is sufficient Witness between me and you. He is the Most-Forgiving the Merciful-to-all."

am yaqūlūna if'tarāhu qul ini if'taraytuhu falā tamlikūna lī mina l-lahi shayan huwa aʿlamu bimā tufīḍūna fīhi kafā bihi shahīdan baynī wabaynakum wahuwa l-ghafūru l-raḥīm

Or they say, "He has invented it." Say, "If I have invented it then not you have power for me against Allah anything. He knows best of what you utter concerning it. Sufficient (is) He (as) a Witness between me and between you, and He (is) the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

Or do they say, “He has invented all this”? Say [O Muhammad]: “Had I invented it, you would not be of the least help to me against God. Or say they: He hath invented it? Say (O Muhammad): If I have invented it, still ye have no power to support me against Allah. He is Best Aware of what ye say among yourselves concerning it. He sufficeth for a witness between me and you. And He is the Forgiving, the Merciful

Or do they say, "He has forged it"? Say: "Had I forged it, then can ye obtain no single (blessing) for me from Allah. He knows best of that whereof ye talk (so glibly)! Enough is He for a witness between me and you! And he is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

Or do they say, “He has fabricated this ˹Quran˺!”? Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “If I have done so, then there is nothing whatsoever you can do to save me from Allah. He knows best what ˹slurs˺ you indulge about it. Sufficient is He as a Witness between you and me. And He is the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

Or do they say, "He has invented it?" Say, "If I have invented it, there is nothing at all you can do to protect me from God. He knows well what you are engaged in. He is sufficient Witness between me and you. He is the Most-Forgiving the Merciful-to-all."

Do they mean to say that the Messenger himself has fabricated it? Say [O Muhammad], If I have fabricated it myself, you will not be able to do anything to save me from God. He knows quite well what talk you indulge in. He is enough as a witness between me and you; and He is the Forgiving, the Merciful One

Nay! they say: He has forged it. Say: If I have forged it, you do not control anything for me from Allah; He knows best what you utter concerning it; He is enough as a witness between me and you, and He is the Forgiving, the Merciful

Or they say: He devised it. Say: If I devised it, you still possess nothing for me against God. He is greater in knowledge of what you press on about. He sufficed as a Witness between me and between you. And He is The Forgiving, The Compassionate.

Or do they say: "He has invented it"? SAY: "Even if I have invented it, yet do you control anything from God for me? He is quite Aware of what you are engaged in; He suffices as a Witness between me and you. He is the Forgiving, the Merciful."

Or they say: “He (Muhammad) has fabricated it.” Say: “If I have fabricated it, then you have no power to support me in anything against (the Wrath of) Allah. He knows better of what you say among yourselves concerning it (this Qur’an)! He is sufficient as a witness between me and between you! And He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.”

Or do they say, “He has fabricated it”? Say, “Had I fabricated it, you would not be able to avail me aught against God. He knows best that about which you carry on. He suffices as a Witness between me and you, and He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.

Or do they say, “He invented it”? Say, “If I invented it, you have no power to protect me from God. He is best aware of what you indulge in. He is sufficient as a witness between me and you. He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.”

Or do they say, 'He invented it himself'? Say, 'If I invented it myself, there is nothing you can do to protect me from God. He knows well what you are engaged in. He is sufficient witness between me and you. He is the Forgiver, the Merciful.'

Do they say he has forged it? Say: “If I have fabricated (or forged) it, then you have no power for (supporting) me against Allah — in any way. He knows more about that wherein you involve (yourselves). For Him (to act) as a Witness is quite sufficient. And He is the Oft-Forgiving, the continuously Merciful.”

Do they say that the Prophet has fabricated it himself? O Prophet, tell them: "If I have fabricated it myself, then there is nothing that you can do to protect me from the wrath of Allah. He knows fully well what you say about it. Enough is He as a witness between me and you. He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful."

Or even they say, "He has fabricated it." Say, "In case I have fabricated it, then you do not possess for me anything from Allah. He knows best what you confide among yourselves He suffices as an Ever-Present Witness between me and you, and He is The Ever-Forgiving, The Ever-Merciful."

They say, "(Muhammad) has invented it (Quran) by himself." Say, "Had I invented it, you would not have been able to rescue me from God. He knows best what you say about it. He is our witness and He is All-forgiving and All-merciful"

Is it that they say, .He has forged it (the Qur‘an).? Say, .If I have forged it, then you do not have any power to help me against Allah. He is well aware of what you are engaged in. He is enough as a witness between me and you, and He is the Most-Forgiving, the Very-Merciful

Or do they say, "He has invented all this?" Say, "If I have invented it, still you have no power to support me against Allah. He is fully Aware of your reckless flight of imagination. He suffices as a Witness between me and you. And He is the Forgiving, the Merciful." (You shall come to know what you now don't. And the Forgiving, the Merciful Allah has ordained the Law of Respite for you (37:175), (39:39))

Or do they say that he, (the messenger), has made it all up? Say, "If this is so, then you have no ability at all to back me against Allah! He is better aware of the rancorous remarks you utter against it, (the Qur´an). He suffices as a witness between you and me. He is the most Forgiving and the most Merciful."

Or do they say: "He has forged it?" Say: "Had I forged it, then you can obtain not even one (blessing) from Allah for me. He knows best of what you talk among yourselves about it (Quran)! Enough is He for witness between me and you! And He is Often Forgiving (Ghafoor), Most Merciful (Raheem)."

Or do they say, "He has invented it?" Say, "If I have invented it, you will not possess for me [the power of protection] from Allah at all. He is most knowing of that in which you are involved. Sufficient is He as Witness between me and you, and He is the Forgiving the Merciful."

Or do they Say: "He fabricated this!" Say: "If I fabricated this, then you cannot protect me at all from God. He is fully aware of what you say. He suffices as a witness between me and you. He is the Forgiver, the Merciful."

or they say, ‘He has invented it himself.’ Say [Prophet], ‘If I have really invented it, there is nothing you can do to save me from God. He knows best what you say amongst yourselves about it; He is sufficient as a witness between me and you; He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.’

Say they: he hath fabricated it. Say thou: if I have fabricated it, then ye cannot avail me against Allah in aught. He is the Knower of that which ye utter thereof; He sufficeth as a witness between me and you; and He is Forgiving, Merciful

Do they say: "He has fabricated it?" Tell them: "If I have fabricated it, you have no power to save me from God. He knows what you are busy with concerning this. He is sufficient as witness between you and me; yet He is forgiving, ever-merciful."

Or do they say, ´He has invented it´? Say: ´If I have invented it, then you possess no power to help me against Allah in any way. He knows best what you hold forth about. He is witness enough between me and you. He is the Ever-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.´

Or do they say, "He (the Messenger) has fabricated it (the Qur’an)?" Say: "If I have fabricated it, you have no power at all to help me against God. He knows best all that you are busy inventing concerning it (the Qur’an). He suffices for a Witness between me and you. He is the All-Forgiving, the All-Compassionate

Do they say, ‘He has fabricated it?’ Say, ‘Should I have fabricated it, you would not avail me anything against Allah. He best knows what you gossip concerning it. He suffices as a witness between me and you, and He is the All-forgiving, the All-merciful.’

Nay! They say, "He has forged (invented) it." Say, "If I have forged (invented) it, still you do not control anything for me from Allah; He knows best what you utter concerning it; He is enough as a witness between me and you, and He is th

Or they say: “He has made it up.” Say: “If I made it up, then you do not have any power (to do anything) for me against God, He knows better what you express about it (Quran), He is enough as a witness between me and you, and He is the forgiving, the merciful.”

Or do they say, “He has fabricated it?” Say, “Had I fabricated it, then you could not obtain anything for me, from God. He knows best what you say. Enough is He for a witness between you and me, and He is Oft-Forgiving, Mercifully Redeeming.

Or they say, “he has made this up.” Say: “If I made it up you can’t save me from Allah; He knows very well what you say about it. He is a sufficient witness between me and you. He is Forgiving and Most Caring.”

Do they claim that the Messenger himself has fabricated it? (If so), tell them: "If I have fabricated it, then you have no power to protect me from Allah´s chastisement. He knows well the idle talk in which you indulge. He suffices as a witness between me and you. He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful."

Or do they say: "He fabricated this!" Say: "If I fabricated this, then you cannot protect me at all from God. He is fully aware of what you say. He suffices as a witness between me and you. He is the Forgiver, the Merciful.

Or do they say you [Muhammad] fabricated it [Qur'aan]? Say, "If I have fabricated it, you do have no power to support me against Allah. He is aware of what [lies] you utter concerning it. He is enough as a witness between me and you. And He is the One, Forgiving, Merciful."

Do they say, 'he has fabricated it'? Say you, 'if I have fabricated it, you have no power for me against Allah. He knows well in what uttering you are busy. And He is Sufficient as witness between me and you, And He is Forgiving, Merciful.

When they say, "He fabricated this," say, "If I fabricated this, then you cannot protect me from GOD. He is fully aware of everything you scheme. He suffices as a witness between me and you. He is the Forgiver, Most Merciful."

Or, do they say: 'He has forged it? ' Say: 'If I have forged it, then you have no power to help me against Allah, He knows what you say. It is sufficient that Heis the Witness between me and you. He is the Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

Nay, they say: He has forged it. Say: If I have forged it, you control naught for me from Allah. He knows best what you utter concerning it. He is enough as a witness between me and you. And He is the Forgiving, the Merciful

Or they say: "He fabricated/cut and split it." Say: "If I fabricated/cut and split it, so you do not own/possess for me from God a thing. He is more knowledgeable with what you rush/hurry in it, enough/sufficient with Him (as) a witness/testifier between me and between you, and He is the forgiving, the merciful."

Do they mean by “plain magic” that the Prophet himself has fabricated the Qur’an. If so, tell them: “If I have fabricated the Qur’an, God is going to punish me and none of you can save me. God knows that your accusations are baseless and He will be judge between you and me. God is the Most Forgiving [so take advantage of it as the door is still open], the Most Merciful [that He still gives you time.]

What! They dare say, “He has fabricated it”? Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him), “If I have fabricated it, then (I know that) you have no power to support me against Allah; He well knows the matters you are involved in; He is Sufficient as a Witness between me and you; and He only is the Oft Forgiving, the Most Merciful.”

Do they say, `He has forged it?' Say, `If I have forged it, you cannot avail me aught against ALLAH. HE knows best what idle talk you indulge in. Sufficient is HE for a Witness between me and you. And HE is the Most Forgiving, the Merciful.

Do they say that (the Messenger) has fabricated it (the Qur’an)? Say: ‘If I have concocted it, then you have no authority to save me from (the torment of) Allah. And He knows best the (words) you utter about this (Qur’an) as mockery. He (Allah) is Sufficient as witness between me and you. And He is Most Forgiving, Ever-Merciful.

Do they say, `He himself has forged this (Qur'an)?' Say, `If I have forged it, you have no power to help me in anyway against Allah, He knows what nonsensical talk you are indulging in. Sufficient is He for a witness between me and you. And He is the Great Protector, the Ever Merciful.

Or say they: "He (Muhammad SAW) has fabricated it." Say: "If I have fabricated it, still you have no power to support me against Allah. He knows best of what you say among yourselves concerning it (i.e. this Quran)! Sufficient is He for a witness between me and you! And He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful."

Or do they say, 'He has forged it'? Say: 'If I have forged it, you have no power to help me against God. He knows very well what you are pressing upon; He suffices as a witness between me and you; He is the All-forgiving, the All-compassionate.

Will they say, Mohammed hath forged it? Answer, if I have forged it, verily ye shall not obtain for me any favour from God: He well knoweth the injurious language which ye utter concerning it: He is a sufficient witness between me and you; and He is gracious and merciful

Or do they say, 'He has forged it?' Say, 'If I have forged ye cannot obtain for me aught from God; He knows best what ye utter concerning it; He is witness enough between me and you, and He is the forgiving, the merciful.

Will they say, "He hath devised It?" SAY: If I have devised the Koran, then not one single thing shall ye ever obtain for me from God! He best knoweth what ye utter in its regard! Witness enough is He between me and you! And He is the Gracious, the Merciful

Or do they say: ‘He has fabricated it¹ himself‘? Say: ‘If I have indeed fabricated it, then there is nothing you can do to shield me from the ire of God. He well knows the way you fulminate about it. Sufficient is He as my witness and your witness. And it is He who is the Forgiving One, the Compassionate.‘

Or do they say, “He has contrived it.” Say, “If I did contrive it, then you have no power over anything with Allah for me. He is All-knowing about all that in which you indulge. Sufficient is He as a witness between me and you and He is The Oft-Forgiving, The Most Merciful.”

Or do they say: “He has fabricated it?” Say: “If it happens that I have fabricated it, still you will have no power to save me from (the wrath of) Allâh. He has full knowledge of whatever you say about It among yourselves. Sufficient is He as Witness between you and me. He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful."

Or do they say he invented it? Say: if I invented it, then you are powerless to help me against Allah, He knows best what you engage in, He is sufficient as witness between me and you and He is the forgiving and merciful.

Do they claim that he has manufactured it? [Prophet Muhammed,] say, “If I had manufactured it, then you could not obtain a single blessing for me from Allah. He knows best what you say about it. He is sufficient for a witness between me and you. He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.”

Or do they say, “He has fabricated it!” Say^sg, “If I have fabricated it myself, there is nothing you^pl can do to protect me from Allah. He knows better what you are engaged in; sufficient is He as a witness between me and you, and He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Bestower of mercy.”

Or do they say: "He has invented it"? SAY: "Even if I have invented it, yet do you control anything from Allah (God) for me? He is quite Aware of what you are engaged in; He suffices as a Witness between me and you. He is the Forgiving, the Merciful."

Or do they say, “He slandered it”? Say, “If I slandered it, so you do not own for me from Allah of a thing. He is more knowledgeable by what you are discoursing within it. He is sufficient witness between me and between you. And He is Al-Ghafoor (The Forgiver), Al-Raheem (The merciful to his creation and himself).”

Or do they say, “He made it up”? Say, “If I have made it up, you do not possess the power to protect me from Allah... HU knows well that you go to excess in His regard... He is sufficient as Witness between me and you... He is the Ghafur, the Rahim.

Do they say, “He has forged it?” Say, “If I have forged it (even) then you do not control for me anything from Allah, He knows best concerning that which you utter about it, He is sufficient as a Witness between me and. you, and He is the Protectively Forgiving, the Merciful.”

Or do they say: "He -Muhammad- has forged it " Say to them: " if I have forged it; what good does it do me, and if I did as you unjustly claim, then who on earth can defend me from Allah and vindicate my cause ? " Allah knows best your minds which strive laboriously for some evil end; but enough is Allah to be a witness of my actions and of your actions and He is AL-Gafur and AL-Rahim (the Forgiving and the Merciful)."

Or do they say, "He has forged it"? Say: "Had I forged it, then can ye obtain no single (blessing) for me from God. He knows best of that whereof ye talk (so glibly)! Enough is He for a witness between me and you! And he is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

Or they say, "He has invented it." Say, "If I have invented it then not you have power for me against Allah anything. He knows best of what you utter concerning it. Sufficient is He (as) a Witness between me and between you, and He (is) the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful
