This is today's comment:

Enjoining what is right, on ourselves and on others, begins with the TRUTH.
Without first recognizing the truth in ourselves, in others, and the world around us, we cannot enjoin 'what is right'.
If we allow ourselves to be willfully ignorant, aka to be 'in denial', we will turn away from Allah and from ourselves.
Understanding the truth in our life must come with acceptance and tolerance; today's truth is always a beginning.
