AYAH Muhammad 47:28

Arabic ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ اتَّبَعُوا مَا أَسْخَطَ اللَّهَ وَكَرِهُوا رِضْوَانَهُ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَالَهُم zoom
Transliteration Thalika bi-annahumu ittabaAAoo ma askhata Allaha wakarihoo ridwanahu faahbata aAAmalahum zoom
Transliteration-2 dhālika bi-annahumu ittabaʿū mā askhaṭa l-laha wakarihū riḍ'wānahu fa-aḥbaṭa aʿmālahu zoom

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad This, because they were wont to pursue what God condemns and to hate [whatever would meet with] His goodly acceptance: and so He has caused all their [good] deeds to come to nought zoom
M. M. Pickthall That will be because they followed that which angereth Allah, and hated that which pleaseth Him. Therefor He hath made their actions vain zoom
