Arabic Source and Roman Transliteration

Arabic		فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَلَا أَنسَابَ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَلَا يَتَسَاءَلُون
Transliteration		Fa-itha nufikha fee alssoori fala ansaba baynahum yawma-ithin wala yatasaaloona
Transliteration-2		fa-idhā nufikha fī l-ṣūri falā ansāba baynahum yawma-idhin walā yatasāalūn
Word for Word Dr. Shehnaz Shaikh, Ms. Kauser Katri, and more		So when is blown in the trumpet then not (there) will be relationship among them that Day, and not will they ask each other.

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad		Then, when the trumpet [of resurrection] is blown, no ties of kinship will on that Day prevail among them, and neither will they ask about one another
