AYAH al-Baqarah 2:279

Arabic فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُون zoom
Transliteration Fa-in lam tafAAaloo fa/thanoo biharbin mina Allahi warasoolihi wa-in tubtum falakum ruoosu amwalikum la tathlimoona wala tuthlamoona zoom
Transliteration-2 fa-in lam tafʿalū fadhanū biḥarbin mina l-lahi warasūlihi wa-in tub'tum falakum ruūsu amwālikum lā taẓlimūna walā tuẓ'lamūn zoom

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad for if you do it not, then know that you are at war with God and His Apostle. But if you repent, then you shall be entitled to [the return of] your principal: you will do no wrong, and neither will you be wronged zoom
