Arabic ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ أَنبَاءِ الْقُرَىٰ نَقُصُّهُ عَلَيْكَ مِنْهَا قَائِمٌ وَحَصِيد zoom
Transliteration Thalika min anba-i alqura naqussuhu AAalayka minha qa-imun wahaseedun zoom
Transliteration-2 dhālika min anbāi l-qurā naquṣṣuhu ʿalayka min'hā qāimun waḥaṣīdu zoom

Muhammad Asad THIS ACCOUNT of the [fate of those ancient] communities - some of them still remaining, and some [extinct like] a field mown-down - We convey unto thee [as a lesson for mankind] zoom
