By the firmament that sends back the rain,

Indeed, this (Glorious ‘Qurʾān’) is the decisive word.

And it is not a jest.

They (‘Polytheists’) are but plotting an elaborate plot
86:16
And I am devising a plan.
86:17
Therefore, give respite to the ‘Polytheists’ and leave them alone for a while!
