2:191
وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ وَالْفِتْنَةُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ وَلاَ تُقَاتِلُوهُمْ عِنْدَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ حَتَّى يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِيه ِِ فَإِنْ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ كَذَلِكَ جَزَاءُ الْكَافِرِينَ
Wāqtulūhum Ĥaythu Thaqiftumūhum Wa 'Akhrijūhum Min Ĥaythu 'Akhrajūkum Wa Al-Fitnatu 'Ashaddu Mina Al-Qatli Wa Lā Tuqātilūhum `Inda Al-Masjidi Al-Ĥarāmi Ĥattá Yuqātilūkum Fīhi Fa'in Qātalūkum Fāqtulūhum Kadhālika Jazā'u Al-Kāfirīna
And kill them wherever you encounter them, and expel them from where they expelled you, and know that persecution is worse than being killed. And do not fight them at the Restricted Temple unless they fight you in it; if they fight you then kill them, thus is the recompense of the rejecters.
4:91
سَتَجِدُونَ آخَرِينَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَأْمَنُوكُمْ وَيَأْمَنُوا قَوْمَهُمْ كُلَّ مَا رُدُّوا إِلَى الْفِتْنَةِ أُرْكِسُوا فِيهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْتَزِلُوكُمْ وَيُلْقُوا إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَمَ وَيَكُفُّوا أَيْدِيَهُمْ فَخُذُوهُمْ وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأُوْلَئِكُمْ جَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانا ً مُبِينا ً
Satajidūna 'Ākharīna Yurīdūna 'An Ya'manūkum Wa Ya'manū Qawmahum Kulla Mā Ruddū 'Ilá Al-Fitnati 'Urkisū Fīhā Fa'in Lam Ya`tazilūkum Wa Yulqū 'Ilaykumu As-Salama Wa Yakuffū 'Aydiyahum Fakhudhūhum Wāqtulūhum Ĥaythu Thaqiftumūhum Wa 'Ūla'ikum Ja`alnā Lakum `Alayhim Sulţānāan Mubīnāan
You will find others who want to be safe among you and safe among their own people. Every time they are returned to the test, they fall back in it. If they do not withdraw from you, and offer you peace, and restrain their hands, then you shall take them and kill them wherever you encounter them. For these We have given you a clear authority.

8:57
فَإِمَّا تَثْقَفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْحَرْبِ فَشَرِّدْ بِهِمْ مَنْ خَلْفَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
Fa'immā Tathqafannahum Fī Al-Ĥarbi Fasharrid Bihim Man Khalfahum La`allahum Yadhdhakkarūna
So, when you encounter them in battle, set them as an example for those who will come after them; perhaps they may remember.
60:2
إِنْ يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاء ً وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُمْ بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ
'In Yathqafūkum Yakūnū Lakum 'A`dā'an Wa Yabsuţū 'Ilaykum 'Aydiyahum Wa 'Alsinatahum Bis-Sū'i Wa Waddū Law Takfurūna
If they encounter you, they treat you as enemies, and they extend their hands and tongues against you to hurt you. They desire that you reject.

ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ أَيْنَ مَا ثُقِفُوا إِلاَّ بِحَبْل ٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَحَبْل ٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ وَبَاءُوا بِغَضَب ٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْمَسْكَنَةُ ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَكْفُرُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَيَقْتُلُونَ الأَنبِيَاءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقّ ٍ ذَلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوْا وَكَانُوا يَعْتَدُونَ
Đuribat `Alayhimu Adh-Dhillatu 'Ayna Mā Thuqifū 'Illā Biĥablin Mina Allāhi Wa Ĥablin Mina An-Nāsi Wa Bā'ū BighaĐabin Mina Allāhi Wa Đuribat `Alayhimu Al-Maskanatu Dhālika Bi'annahum Kānū Yakfurūna Bi'āyāti Allāhi Wa Yaqtulūna Al-'Anbiyā'a Bighayri Ĥaqqin Dhālika Bimā `Aşaw Wa Kānū Ya`tadūna
They are struck with humiliation wherever they are encountered, except for a rope from God and a rope from the people. And they stayed in the wrath of God and were struck with humiliation; that is because they were disbelieving in the revelations of God and killing the prophets without right; that is for what they disobeyed and were transgressing.
33:61
مَلْعُونِينَ أَيْنَمَا ثُقِفُوا أُخِذُوا وَقُتِّلُوا تَقْتِيلا ً
Mal`ūnīna 'Aynamā Thuqifū 'Ukhidhū Wa Quttilū Taqtīlāan
They are cursed wherever they are encountered, and they are taken and killed in numbers.
