"O assembly of Jinn and mankind, did not messengers come to you from among you and tell to you My revelations, and warn you of the meeting of this Day?" They said: "Yes, we bear witness upon ourselves;" and the worldly life deceived them, and they bore witness upon themselves that they were rejecters.

Every time a nation entered, it cursed its sister nation, until they are all gathered inside it; then the last of them says to the first: "Our Lord, these are the ones who have misguided us, so give them double the retribution of the Fire!" He replied: "Each will receive double, but you do not know."

7:179

And We have given to Hell many of the Jinn and mankind; they had hearts with which they did not understand, and they had eyes with which they did not see, and they had ears with which they did not hear. They are like livestock; no, they are even more astray. These are the unaware ones.

17:88

And We assigned to them associates who adorned their present and past actions. Thus, the retribution has been deserved by them the same as previous nations of Jinn and mankind; all of them were losers.

41:29

And those who have rejected will say: Our Lord, show us those who have misled us from among the Jinn and mankind so we can trample them under our feet, so that they would be the lowest.

46:18

And We instructed man to be good to his parents. But if they strive to make you set up partners with Me, then do not obey them. To Me are all your destinies, and I will inform you of what you used to do.

31:14

And We enjoined man regarding his parents. His mother bore him with hardship upon hardship, and his weaning takes two years. You shall give thanks to Me, and to your parents. To Me is the final destiny.

32:7

Al-Ladhī 'Aĥsana Kulla Shay'in Khalaqahu Wa Bada'a Khalqa Al-'Insāni Min Ţīnin

The One who perfected everything He created and He began the creation of man from clay.

33:72

We have offered the trust to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but they refused to bear it, and were fearful of it. But man accepted it; he was transgressing, ignorant.

36:77

'Awalam Yara Al-'Insānu 'Annā Khalaqnāhu Min Nuţfatin Fa'idhā Huwa Khaşīmun Mubīnun

Has man not seen that We have created him from a seed, but he then becomes a clear opponent?

39:8

And when man is afflicted with adversity, he implores his Lord, turning in repentance to Him. But then, when He grants him a blessing from Him, he forgets his previous imploring, and sets up equals with God, in order to mislead others from His path. Say: Enjoy your rejection for a while; for you are of the dwellers of the Fire.

39:49

So when man is touched by adversity, he implores Us, then when We bestow a blessing upon him, he says: I attained this because of knowledge I had! Indeed, it is a test, but most of them do not know.

41:49

Lā Yas'amu Al-'Insānu Min Du`ā'i Al-Khayri Wa 'In Massahu Ash-Sharru Faya'ūsun Qanūţun

Man does not tire in praying for good things. But if adversity touches him, he is disheartened, desperate!

41:51

But if they turn away, then We did not send you as their guardian. You are only required to deliver. And when We let man taste a mercy from Us, he becomes happy with it; and when adversity afflicts them for what their hands have delivered, then man becomes rejecting!

42:48

So that, when he has reached his independence, and he has reached forty years, he says: My Lord, direct me to appreciate the blessings You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and to do good work that pleases You. And let my progeny be righteous. I have repented to You; I am of those who have submitted.

50:16

Wa Laqad Khalaqnā Al-'Insāna Wa Na`lamu Mā Tuwaswisu Bihi Nafsuhu Wa Naĥnu 'Aqrabu 'Ilayhi Min Ĥabli Al-Warīdi

53:24

'Am Lil'insāni Mā Tamanná

Or shall man have what he wishes?

53:39

Wa 'An Laysa Lil'insāni 'Illā Mā Sa`á

And man will have what he sought.

55:3

Khalaqa Al-'Insāna

He has created man.

55:14

Khalaqa Al-'Insāna Min Şalşālin Kālfakhkhāri

He created man from a sludge, like pottery.

59:16

Kamathali Ash-Shayţāni 'Idh Qāla Lil'insāni Akfur Falammā Kafara Qāla 'Innī Barī'un Minka 'Innī 'Akhāfu Allāha Rabba Al-`Ālamīna

Like the example of the devil, when he says to man: Reject, then as soon as he rejects, he says: I am innocent of you. I fear God, Lord of the worlds.

70:19

'Inna Al-'Insāna Khuliqa Halū`āan

Indeed, man was created anxious.

75:3

'Ayaĥsabu Al-'Insānu 'Allan Najma`a `Ižāmahu

Does man think that We will not gather his bones?

75:5

Bal Yurīdu Al-'Insānu Liyafjura 'Amāmahu

No, man desires that he continues committing sins.

75:10

Yaqūlu Al-'Insānu Yawma'idhin 'Ayna Al-Mafarru

Man will say on that Day: Where can I escape!

75:13

Yunabba'u Al-'Insānu Yawma'idhin Bimā Qaddama Wa 'Akhkhara

Man will be told on that Day what he has put forward, and what he has done.

75:14

Bali Al-'Insānu `Alá Nafsihi Başīrahun

Indeed, man will testify against himself.

75:36

'Ayaĥsabu Al-'Insānu 'An Yutraka Sudáan

Did man think that he will be left neglected?

76:1

Hal 'Atá `Alá Al-'Insāni Ĥīnun Mina Ad-Dahri Lam Yakun Shay'āan Madhkūrāan

Was there not a time in the past when man was nothing to even be mentioned?

76:2

'Innā Khalaqnā Al-'Insāna Min Nuţfatin 'Amshājin Nabtalīhi Faja`alnāhu Samī`āan Başīrāan

We have created man from a mixed seed; We test him, so We made him hear and see.

79:35

Yawma Yatadhakkaru Al-'Insānu Mā Sa`á

The Day when man remembers all that he strove for.

80:17

Qutila Al-'Insānu Mā 'Akfarahu

Man is killed for his rejection.

80:24

Falyanžuri Al-'Insānu 'Ilá Ţa`āmihi

Let man look to his provisions.

82:6

Yā 'Ayyuhā Al-'Insānu Mā Gharraka Birabbika Al-Karīmi

O man, what made you arrogant against your Lord, the Generous?

84:6

Yā 'Ayyuhā Al-'Insānu 'Innaka Kādiĥun 'Ilá Rabbika Kadĥāan Famulāqīhi

O man, you will be moving towards your Lord and meeting Him.

86:5

Falyanžuri Al-'Insānu Mimma Khuliqa

So let man see from what he was created.

89:15

Fa'ammā Al-'Insānu 'Idhā Mā Abtalāhu Rabbuhu Fa'akramahu Wa Na``amahu Fayaqūlu Rabbī 'Akramani

As for man, if his Lord tests him and grants him much, then he says: My Lord has blessed me!

89:23

Wa Jī'a Yawma'idhin Bijahannama Yawma'idhin Yatadhakkaru Al-'Insānu Wa 'Anná Lahu Adh-Dhikrá

And Hell on that Day is brought. On that Day man will remember, but how will the remembrance now help him?

90:4

Laqad Khalaqnā Al-'Insāna Fī Kabadin

We have created man in struggle.

95:4

Laqad Khalaqnā Al-'Insāna Fī 'Aĥsani Taqwīmin

We have created man in the best form.

96:2

Khalaqa Al-'Insāna Min `Alaqin

He created man from an embryo.

96:5

`Allama Al-'Insāna Mā Lam Ya`lam

He taught man what he did not know.

96:6

Kallā 'Inna Al-'Insāna Layaţghá

Alas, man is bound to transgress.

99:3

Wa Qāla Al-'Insānu Mā Lahā

And man will say: What is wrong with her?

100:6

'Inna Al-'Insāna Lirabbihi Lakanūdun

Surely, man is unappreciative to his Lord.

103:2

'Inna Al-'Insāna Lafī Khusrin

Man is indeed in loss.

And test the orphans when they reach puberty, then, if you have determined from them comprehension, then give them their money, and do not deliberately consume it wastefully or quickly before they grow up. And whoever is rich, then let him not claim anything, and if he is poor then let him consume in kindness. If you give to them their money, then make a witness for them, and God is enough for Reckoning.

O you who believe, do not enter any homes except your own unless you perceive a welcome and you greet the people in them. This is best for you, perhaps you will remember.

O you who believe, do not enter the homes of the prophet unless you are invited to a meal, without you forcing such an invitation. But if you are invited, you may enter. And when you finish eating, you shall leave, without staying to wait for a narrative. This used to bother the prophet, and he was shy to tell you. But God does not shy away from the truth. And if you ask his wives for something, ask them from behind a barrier. This is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not for you to harm the messenger of God, nor that you should marry his wives after him. This is indeed a gross offence with God.
