Transliteration Walaw annahum sabaroo hatta takhruja ilayhim lakana khayran lahum waAllahu ghafoorun raheemun

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad for, if they had the patience [to wait] until thou come forth to them [of thine own accord], it would be for their own good. Still, God is much forgiving, a dispenser of grace.
M. M. Pickthall And if they had had patience till thou camest forth unto them, it had been better for them. And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
Shakir And if they wait patiently until you come out to them, it would certainly be better for them, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
Yusuf Ali If only they had patience until thou couldst come out to them, it would be best for them: but Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
[Al-Muntakhab] If they had reconsidered it and decided more wisely to wait quietly until you have come out, it would have been better for them, but Allah is Ghafurun (Forgiving) and Rahimun (Merciful).
