Transliteration Wanureedu an namunna AAala allatheena istudAAifoo fee al-ardi wanajAAalahum a-immatan wanajAAalahumu alwaritheena

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad But it was Our will to bestow Our favour upon those [very people] who were deemed [so] utterly low in the land, and to make them forerunners in faith. and to make them heirs [to Pharaoh’s glory],
M. M. Pickthall And We desired to show favour unto those who were oppressed in the earth, and to make them examples and to make them the inheritors,
Shakir And We desired to bestow a favor upon those who were deemed weak in the land, and to make them the Imams, and to make them the heirs,
