Transliteration Faqad kaththaboo fasaya/teehim anbao ma kanoo bihi yastahzi-oona

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad thus, indeed, have they given the lie (to this message as well). But [in time] they will come to understand what it was that they were wont to deride!
M. M. Pickthall Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff.
Shakir So they have indeed rejected (the truth), therefore the news of that which they mock shall soon come to them.
Yusuf Ali They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at!
[Al-Muntakhab] They labelled the truth -the Quran- as falsehood and counseled deaf to it. But soon shall they realize the truth of all that has been discoursed in this Book which they hold- up to ridicule.
[Progressive Muslims] They have denied, thus the news will come to them of what they used to ridicule.
Abdel Haleem they deny it, but the truth of what they scorned will soon hit them.
Abdul Majid Daryabadi So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock.
Ahmed Ali So they had lied/denied/falsified so (the) news/information (of) what they were with it mocking/making fun of, will come to them.
