Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad [But] then Moses threw his staff - and lo! it swallowed up all their deceptions.
M. M. Pickthall Then Moses threw his staff and lo! it swallowed that which they did falsely show.
Shakir Then Musa cast down his staff and lo! it swallowed up the lies they told.
